- Develop GenAI, AI Agent use cases using ServiceNow Now Assist
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications.
- Develop comprehensive GenAI solutions tailored to customer business needs, ensuring alignment with IT strategy and industry best practices.
- Design and implement integration between ServiceNow Now Assist and other IT systems/platforms ensuring seamless data flow and process alignment.
- Customize and configure ServiceNow VA, Now Assist, ITSM to meet customer requirement.
Requirements
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

Knowledge of ServiceNow AI (Predictive & Task Intelligence) and Now Assist. Should have clear understanding of all the ServiceNow GenAI and Agentic AI skills and their applicability in ServiceNow modules like ITSM, HRSD.

Extensive experience with ServiceNow platform, specifically with ITSM, Knowledge Management, Virtual Agent

Prior experience in at least one design, architect and implementation of ServiceNow Now Assist (Out of the box configurations and customizations)

Prior 1-2 years of experience in implementation of various Predictive Intelligence features within Service Now

Prior experience in MLOps, ML engineering, Prompt Engineering, RAG, and Data Science, with a proven track record of developing and maintaining Gen AI, Agentic AI solutions.

Experience with ServiceNow client and server-side JavaScript and the ServiceNow APIs

Experience and expert understanding of key ServiceNow modules and concepts like ITSM, Knowledge Management, Data Models, etc.

Advanced analytical and problem-solving experience, ability to multi-task and effectively manage priorities.

Developing solutions on ServiceNow platform using an Architecture first principle

Working with Business Analysts on technical stories, ensuring timely delivery during Sprint cycles

Strong understanding of ITIL and Service Management frameworks (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge Management, etc.), 6) Experience in ServiceNow Back-End and Integrations (Integration HUB, SOAP, REST, Data Sources, Import Set, Transform maps)

Strong working in an Agile/DevOps environment in Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, automated testing, Agile metrics

Strong skills in User Interface design, Analytical, Problem solving and Quantitative skills.

Ability to provide technical leadership and work seamlessly with customers Generic Managerial Skills, If any

Project development experience involving ServiceNow platform.
