Job description
- Lead, manage, and support NPI program product support deliverables to achieve business goals.
- Own the product support NPI process to meet program goals related to process improvements, field follow deliverables, and solution high impact commercial issues
- Lead support focused projects that include cross functional members within the organization to achieve business goals
- Lead, direct and grow a service engineering team focused around Cat Command technology
What You Will Have (Basic Requirements)

Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree in an accredited Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or other Engineering curriculum. 10 years of experience in a management capacity will also be accepted in lieu of a degree.

Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.

Data Gathering & Analysis: Knowledge of data gathering and analysis tools, techniques, and processes; ability to collect and synthesize data from a variety of stakeholders and sources in an objective manner to reach a conclusion, goal, or judgment.

Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.

Customer Focus: Knowledge of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and ability to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.

Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.

Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.

- 6 Sigma Green Belt experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Experience with telematics, site grading technologies, or safety sensing systems
- Product/customer support, quality, or aftermarket related experience
