Job description

  • Import, cleanse, validate maintenance and reliability data from SAP and other systems.
  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and prepare KPI reports for management review.
  • Perform trend analysis, Pareto analysis, and provide actionable insights to improve maintenance effectiveness.
  • Facilitate weekly reliability meetings and track follow-up actions to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Support administrative functions such as scheduling, documentation, and onboarding activities., * Opportunity to work on impactful projects that improve operational reliability.

Requirements

Our client, a leader in maintenance and reliability analytics, is seeking a Data Analyst III to join their team. As a Data Analyst III, you will be part of the Central Services department supporting Mechanical Effectiveness and Reliability Outcomes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and attention to detail, which will align successfully in the organization., * Associates or Bachelors degree in Data Science, Analytics, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 3-5 years of experience in maintenance or reliability analytics, with proficiency in SAP PM, Snowflake, or Maximo preferred.
  • Technical skills including Power BI/DAX, SQL, Excel, and basic statistics.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
