Job description
- Support and coordinate end-to-end Materiel Release (MR) activities (Full, Conditional, Urgent, and Software MR)
- Ensure compliance with Army regulations (AR 770-3, AR 700-142, DA PAM 700-142, DoDI 5000)
- Develop and manage MR documentation, packages, and briefings
- Track milestones, risks, action items, and release status
- Coordinate with engineering, logistics, cybersecurity, and test teams
- Support RMF/ATO and cybersecurity compliance activities
- Assist with system safety and hazard analyses
- Support testing, validation, and defect tracking with stakeholders
- Ensure sustainment, training, and supportability requirements are met
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent)
- Experience with Army Materiel Release processes
- Knowledge of DoD acquisition lifecycle and MR policies
- Familiarity with RMF, ATO, SDLC, and configuration management
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Active DoD Secret clearance (required)
Preferred
- Experience supporting Army software or hardware MR programs
- Knowledge of Army systems, tactical networks, or mission command systems
- Experience in Agile or DevSecOps environments

Semper Valens Solutions is seeking an experienced Materiel Release Coordinator to join our team supporting CPE Ground, Soldier Systems (Former PEO Soldier) at Ft. Belvoir, VA. This position supports government stakeholders, test agencies, logistics team, and cybersecurity authorities in the coordination and execution of the full material release (MR) process.
This role will support the Capability Program Executive Offices (CPEs), Project Managers (PMs), and Product Offices in achieving compliant, timely, and fully documented Materiel Release for software-intensive systems. This role will ensure that all software products meet Army regulatory, safety, interoperability, cybersecurity, and sustainment requirements prior to fielding., Semper Valens Solutions, Inc.
