Job description
- Contribute to the development and operation of distributed, scalable, secure full-stack cloud services that process large volumes of data
- Build accessible user interfaces and assist with extending backend services and data pipelines to deliver customer impact
- Collaborate with a diverse group of teammates and product partners to solve problems and achieve shared goals
- Participate in design and code reviews, applying feedback to improve quality and maintainability
- Support service ownership, including reliability efforts, on-call rotations, and incident response with guidance from the team
- Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering practices, tooling, and team workflows
Requirements
Required
- Familiarity with software engineering, cloud platforms, and containerization fundamentals
- Exposure to APIs, distributed services, and data storage systems
- Ability to write maintainable, well-tested code that meets requirements and adheres to team standards
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern development workflows
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in agile teams
- Eagerness to learn and apply secure coding, reliability, and operational best practices
Preferred
- At least 1 year of professional software engineering experience or equivalent practical experience
- Exposure to modern frontend frameworks such as React or Angular
- Basic familiarity with monitoring, logging, or observability tools
- Interest in product thinking, continuous learning, and improving developer effectiveness
- Exposure to AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code, Automation, Documentations, Engineering Design, Problem Solving, Process Improvements, Project Management, Quality Assurance (QA), Research and Development, System Integration, Troubleshooting

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.
The expected salary range for this role is between following values: $79,000 and $119,000
The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
