Sr. Software Engineer

• Bachelor of Science in computer engineering or related field
• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience designing embedded software
• Proficiency in C programming and familiarity with target hardware, lab equipment, and debugging tools
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and results-oriented mindset
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience designing safety-critical software utilizing RTCA DO-178C, DO-254, or similar standards
• Experience with C# for PC application software
• Programming skills in VHDL
• Knowledge of Design for Manufacture (DFM) and Design for Test (DFT)
• Experience designing or troubleshooting PCB hardware

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in computer engineering or related field
• Over 10 years of embedded software design experience

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work with target hardware, including lab and test equipment
• Hands-on experience with hardware prototyping, soldering, and testing
• Capable of designing and executing test programs to ensure regulatory and performance compliance
• Flexibility to work in both office and lab environments
