Job description
This role is responsible for supporting digital marketing and website optimization through Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, and Adobe Target. Key responsibilities include A/B testing strategy and execution, measurement plan development, experiment setup and reporting, and ongoing monitoring of site performance. The role also supports website launches, channel and acquisition analysis, dashboard and workspace development, ad hoc analytics requests, and quarterly business review (QBR) reporting with actionable insights and recommendations.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, and Adobe Target in a production environment (At least 2 years experience)
- Proven experience designing and executing A/B tests, including measurement plans, test specifications, QA, and results analysis
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights, recommendations, and clear reporting
- Experience supporting website launches and post-launch performance assessments
- Ability to manage multiple analytics and reporting requests while prioritizing based on team capacity
- Experience developing dashboards, workspaces, and high-level metric reporting in Adobe Analytics
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to contribute to QBR presentations and explain analytical findings to non-technical audiences

The benefits offerings listed are available to eligible U.S. Based employees, are reviewed on an annual basis, and are governed by the terms of the applicable plan documents., Compensation Range: $73,150 - $112,554 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
