The Opportunity
As part of PwC's Scaled Engineering Services practice, you will contribute to delivering reliable, scalable, and cost-effective technology solutions that enable operational excellence and business agility. Our teams apply deep technical expertise and a strong service-oriented mindset to support the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise-grade IT systems and applications. In this capacity, you will help lead and coordinate end-to-end execution of technology initiatives - driving disciplined project planning, proactive stakeholder communication, and consistent service delivery across cross-functional engineering teams.
As a Technical Program Manager, you will engage in the dynamic world of software and product innovation, focusing on software engineering to drive impactful engagement team solutions. Within our Advisory practice, you will be at the forefront of technology consulting, leveraging your skills to manage and deliver software projects that meet engagement team needs. This role involves working closely with engagement teams to understand their requirements and translating them into actionable project plans, confirming seamless execution and delivery.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of technologies to develop innovative solutions. You will also engage in software project planning and business requirements analysis, contributing to the success of our engagement teams and the growth of your career.
Responsibilities
Lead and participate in the development and implementation of software engineering projects.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.

Direct software project planning and management efforts to meet defined objectives and timelines.

Review deliverables to confirm delivery expectations have been met.

Manage application lifecycle processes and integrate enterprise applications to enhance interoperability, business agility, and engagement team effectiveness.
Requirements
At least a Bachelor's degree or, in lieu of a degree, demonstrating in addition to the minimum years of experience required for the role, three years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible work experience in Engineering Program Management for each missing year of college is required

Having obtained Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certifications

Prior experience utilizing programming languages such as Java, Python, and C++ to drive solution development.

Knowledge of established software development methodologies to improve project efficiency and quality
Benefits & conditions
The salary range for this position is: $80,000 - $90,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
