Job description
We're looking for a business and systems savvy Systems Analyst to help drive technology and innovation as an IT Human Resources analyst and business partner. In this role you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships within our human resources department. You will identify opportunities to improve business performance through the application of technology, information and/dor process improvements; and lead projects while creating plans and documenting requirements to achieve strategic goals. You'll help lead projects from concept to completion-translating strategy into requirements, modeling business processes, configuring systems, managing budgets and roadmaps, and ensuring smooth change management. This is an opportunity to use your experience within IT and Human Resources to make an impact by optimizing HR performance across the enterprise! This role is located in either Hopkins, MN or Marshall, MN, and outstate candidates will not be considered.
What You Will Do:
- Serve as the bridge between Human Resource business functions and IT, aligning technology with process.
- Serve as a liaison between the business unit and IT in support of the relationship management function. Identify opportunities for process improvements and perform in a consultative role.
- Support the innovation process and the introduction of new solutions through researching competitors, vendors, industry solutions, emerging technologies, Participate in escalation situations for projects and support issues.
- Collaborate with leaders to understand the strategy and defines solution requirements in terms of business capabilities and broad outcomes.
- Create business process models of current and proposed systems. Define requirements, builds logical models and provides quality documentation of user requirements.
- Help define, document, and implement innovative talent and recruiting, onboarding, payroll and time management solutions.
- In partnership with business leaders and other areas of IT, identify and recommend innovative solutions to enable the business strategy. Is a key participant in the business IT Innovation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent years in an analyst role).
- 3+ years as a systems analyst ideally with human resource focus.
- Experience in HR system configuration, testing, systems documentation, and process modeling.
- Experience in project management, change management, and collaboration skills.
- A teamwork focus, Strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
Benefits & conditions
The base salary range for this position is $75,000 - $125,000 annually with eligibility for a 5% annual incentive bonus, which is based on organizational performance. The salary range represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to education, skills, work experience, certifications, geography etc. As such, starting pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
