Job description

We are looking for an experienced D365 CE Developer to join our team on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you will play a critical part in advancing and maintaining integrations within the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement platform. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate on architecture and design initiatives while contributing to impactful enterprise solutions., * Enhance and maintain integrations within the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement platform.

  • Develop custom solutions to meet business needs using Microsoft Dynamics CRM functionality.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement scalable system architectures.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance for Dynamics CE-related projects.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to ensure optimal performance.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Document development processes and solutions for future reference.
  • Stay updated on emerging Dynamics technologies and incorporate them into workflows as appropriate.
  • Support testing efforts to validate system functionality and integration.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE) development.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and its customization capabilities.
  • Expertise in enterprise architecture and system integration.
  • Proficiency in coding languages and tools used within the Dynamics environment.
  • Ability to design and implement scalable and efficient solutions.
  • Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in CRM environments.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with emerging Dynamics technologies and trends.
