Job description
- Help maintain and troubleshoot printers, print servers, and some virtual servers.
- Provide second-level support for local and wide area networks (LAN, BAN, WAN).
- Review how customers use technology and suggest improvements.
- Work with project teams to install new systems or upgrade existing ones.
- Create simple plans to guide changes and updates.
- Stay up to date on new technologies and recommend ways to improve performance and reduce costs.
Requirements
- CompTIA Security+ certification (required).
- Ability to earn an additional certification within 6 months, such as:
- Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA)
- Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA)
- Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS)
- Experience working with printers, print servers, and virtual servers.
- Knowledge of computer networks and troubleshooting.
- Preferred: previous military or government contract experience

This does not guarantee a specific salary as compensation is based upon multiple factors such as education, experience, certifications, and other requirements, and may fall outside of the above-stated range.
