Job description
The coordinator will effectively serve as a support person for updates and data to programs such as Transact POS system, Grub Hub Mobile App, Vending Machines and partnering with Dining Systems IT Director as well as various Dining Managers on the team. This role provides on-site technical support, troubleshoots system issues in collaboration with IT, trains managers on system updates, and responds to customer concerns., · Manage the ordering and menu software on a day-to-day basis
· Serves as a point of contact for updates and data updating to programs such as Transact POS system, Grub Hub Mobile App, Vending Machines
· Program resister and kiosk software for new menu items, specials, LTOs, and pricing
· Performs some administrative tasks such as arranging meetings, developing agendas and preparing progress reports.
· Ensure consistency in order flow, pricing, and offerings in multiple ordering systems
· Troubleshoot software and hardware issues with the assistance of Lehigh IT department
· Answer and respond to customer issues and challenges
· Train and assist managers in maintaining up to date offerings in the ordering system for customers
· Provide on-site register and kiosk support in the operations
· Gather and input daily sales information from multiple software platforms
· Provide consolidated financial data and customer reports to the controller
· Assist in financial projects for the controller as needed
Requirements
· Excellent problem solving abilities
· Proficient in use of Microsoft Excel
· Strong attention to detail
· High level of organization
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
