Job description
Supports the design, development, test, and maintenance of weapon planning software throughout the end-to-end lifecycl
- e Assists Product Owner to review, analyze, and translate customer requirements into initial design of software product
- s Supports with development, maintenance, enhancement and optimization of software products and functionalities for systems integration
- s Support development, documentation and maintenance of architectures, requirements, algorithms, interfaces and designs for software product
- s Support with debugging and resolution of issues identified to ensure the reliability and efficiency of software product
- s Troubleshoot technical issue
- s Assists to develop, establish, monitor and improve software processe

- s Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including systems engineers, hardware engineers, and program manager
- s Experience with Agile software development methodologies and processe
- s Experience with Agile project tracking tools like Jira, Jira Align or Azure Devop
- s Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and system-level validation in complex software environment
- s Proficiency with version control and configuration management tools like Git, Azure Devops, or simila
- r Ability to document software designs, interface specifications, and test plans clearl

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Prior experience working on defense, aerospace, or mission-critical software programs, preferably involving OMS or open architecture system
- s Understanding of cybersecurity principles and secure coding practices relevant to mission system
- s Experience with modular and open systems design: Ability to design, develop, and integrate modular software components that comply with open architecture principle
- s Experience integrating software components using standardized interface
- s Understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practice
- s Experience with .NET MAU
