- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans to ensure timely execution of Oracle Cloud/Fusion implementation phases.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues, providing mitigation strategies and resolutions as needed.
- Prepare and deliver detailed project status updates to stakeholders, including executive steering committees.
- Collaborate closely with implementation partners to align objectives and ensure seamless execution.
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and translate business needs into actionable tasks.
- Oversee configuration management and ensure adherence to project standards and methodologies.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
- Monitor project progress and adjust resources or timelines to meet objectives efficiently.
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members, fostering a productive work environment.
Requirements
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud/Fusion Project Manager to lead critical ERP implementation projects for our client in Houston, Texas. This long-term contract position requires a dynamic individual with strong attention to detail, expertise in managing complex enterprise software deployments, and the ability to foster collaboration between stakeholders and implementation partners. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset and a proven ability to deliver high-quality results in fast-paced environments., * Proven experience managing Oracle Cloud/Fusion implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and enterprise software deployment methodologies.
- Familiarity with midstream industry processes and requirements is highly desirable.
- Experience working with implementation partners such as Huron or Hackett Group is a plus.
- Expertise in client-side scripting, API development, and Salesforce development.
- Proficiency in creating and managing business requirement documents.
- Solid knowledge of configuration management practices and tools.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
