Job description
As an Implementation Support Analyst, you will report to and work closely with the Director, Implementation Logistics. This position will have some responsibilities cross-over with the Technical and Application teams while supporting activities in both the technical and applications spaces during the implementation phase of projects, followed by post-go-live support., * Coordinates training activities as outlined by the Director, Implementation Logistics by creating, sending, and tracking customer training invites and providing the customer with appropriate training documentation before go-live.
- Supports customer go-lives, manage remote support line, document all requests in go-live tracker, and other go-live duties as needed.
- Supports the Director, Implementation Logistics with customer-facing tracking spreadsheets, KPI's and other support processes as needed.
- Assists the Director, Implementation Logistics with any other duties as necessary to meet project/support milestones.
- Manages and maintains customer support access for the global Visage team, documenting support access for each customer, requesting access, and maintaining access for Visage Global support.
- Documents internal training for ISO requirements and generate internal training certificates.
- Escalates issues as necessary.
- Helps triage and distributes customer support requests via ZenDesk and Jira both during and after implementation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of implementation or logistics experience
- An understanding of radiology will be highly regarded
- Highly developed interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Well-developed documentation and record-keeping skills
- The ability to work under pressure
- Intermediate Microsoft skills (e.g., Excel, Word, Google Docs, etc.)
