Job description

Insight Global is seeking Helpdesk Technicians to provide support with troubleshooting and software upgrades

Requirements

  • Tier 1-2 troubleshooting experience.
  • Proficiency with Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Experience with Intune and Active Directory.
  • Familiarity with any ticketing systems
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Strong customer service skills and professional demeanor.
