Network Systems Administrator - Senior

Network Systems Administrator needed for south Tampa law firm. Must be able to manage small IT department to support 80+ onsite & remote end users. Responsible for maintaining all Windows servers & computers in an Active Directory environment. Answers directly to Firm's managing partner. Full-time and Part-time considered for this position., * Handling all data backups and security requirements; staying abreast of security risks; anticipate future security requirements, making recommendations as needed.

• Answering Client audits as needed
• Training on Data Breach and Phishing risks to employees at new hire and annually
• Assisting with support requests; set up new work stations, add & terminate employees from the system.
• Conducting weekly, monthly, semi & annual audits of the IT function; reports to, and participates in, all monthly audit meetings.

• Proficiency w/Windows Server (AD, DNS, DHCP)
• Strong understanding of Active Directory Group Policies
• Experience with Hyper-V virtualization a& basic VM provisioning, Cisco Meraki products and Arcserve backup
• Good understanding of cloud-based IP phone systems
• Ability to manage security patches, antivirus/endpoint protection, perform routine backups
• Strong documentation skills for change-control, incident reports and security audits., * Bachelor's degree in IT (cybersecurity, data science, IS, computer science) or equivalent certifications and experience
• 5 years working in IT industry
• Experience working in an IT Department, providing high-lever support to end users.
