IT Network Solutions Group is looking for a self-motivated Computer Helpdesk / Desktop Technician to provide remote and on-site customer support, installing and troubleshooting hardware/software systems at customer offices throughout the Ocala Area.
Experience in the following requested:

Analyzing desktops hardware, software, and operating systems

Identifying, diagnosing, and resolving issues

Maintenance of good documentation

Working with vendors for warranty issues

Providing support in networked environments

Collecting requests from customers onsite
Requirements:

Ability to work an 8am- 5pm shift Monday- Friday

At least 1 Year experience as a helpdesk or desktop technician

Must be able to pass 10 year criminal background check & drug screen

Clean driving record and valid driver's license required
*CompTIA Certification encouraged

Comfortable with onsite customer interaction

Physical requirements of position: able to lift up to 70 lbs., * High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- IT support: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- CompTIA A+ (Preferred)
- Drivers License with a clean driving record (Required)
