Product Support Specialist

• Respond to and follow up on sales inquiries via web, phone, and in-person visits
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers
• Prepare quotes, sales orders, deliveries, and invoices accurately and on time
• Track sales activities, delivery performance, and inventory using spreadsheets and databases
• Conduct market research to support pricing, sourcing, and product planning
• Read and interpret technical drawings, assemblies, and BOM lists
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations
