Python Architect

We are seeking an experienced AI Development Lead with strong expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building and deploying AI-powered solutions using Python and modern LLM frameworks ., * Design and develop Generative AI applications using Python.

• Implement solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Work with vector databases and LLM-based architectures for scalable AI systems.
• Develop and manage APIs for AI services and applications.
• Apply prompt engineering techniques and evaluate LLM performance.
• Design scalable solutions using agentic frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven products.

• Strong proficiency in Python
• Hands-on experience in Machine Learning, NLP, and text data analysis
• Experience with API development, RAG architecture, Vector Databases, Prompt Engineering, and LLM Evaluation, * Strong fundamentals in Machine Learning and Deep Learning , including algorithms and model evaluation techniques.
• Solid understanding of LLM fundamentals , including their architecture, limitations, and optimization methods.
• Proven experience building Generative AI applications .
• Advanced Python programming skills.
• Experience implementing RAG pipelines and vector database integrations .
• Familiarity with LLM evaluation methodologies and scalability considerations.
• Ability to clearly explain previous projects including: Problem statement Architecture and design Implementation challenges Outcomes and impact
