Job description

We are seeking an IT Support Technician to assist with a large-scale Windows 10 to Windows 11 migration project. This is a great short-term opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on technical work in a fast-paced environment., * Upgrade and migrate devices from Windows 10 to Windows 11

  • Image, configure, and deploy desktops/laptops
  • Provide basic troubleshooting and end-user support
  • Ensure data integrity and backup during migration
  • Track progress and document completed work

Requirements

  • Experience with Windows OS upgrades or PC deployments
  • Familiarity with imaging tools and device configuration
  • Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
  • Ability to work onsite in Kern County
