Job description
Under the supervision of the Fuel Systems Manager, will assist with management of onshore and offshore fuel systems scheduling, troubleshooting, maintenance, installations, and repairs. Assist department with special tasks and projects, perform helideck inspections and manage transporters utilized daily. Operate mobile equipment both on and off facilities; in addition to, performing basic maintenance on equipment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES

Conduct Fuel Handler training

Travel outside of PHI facilities

Perform fuel related audits, installations, troubleshooting and repairs for Fuel bowsers and fuel systems at onshore and offshore locations; to include AMG and customer's locations

Operate Forklifts and Fuel trucks on a routine basis. In addition, performing monthly inspection on equipment and document results as required

Complete inventory report on a routine basis

Coordinate and communicate all related fuel activities with Fuel Systems Coordinator & Fuel Systems Manager

Manage, inspect and fill tanks on a routine basis

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.

Basic experience with Microsoft suite programs - i.e. Word, Excel, Outlooks and Access program

Good written and verbal communications skills

Able to multi-task and work independently or as part of a team

Ability to stay overnight at the work site location

Basic use of hand and power tools

Capable of lifting, pulling, walking, and climbing activities
