Job description

- Create and manage help desk tickets with detailed documentation
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues remotely and onsite
- Prepare and deploy new systems
- Repair and maintain existing systems
- Clearly explain technical issues and solutions to clients
- Participate in on-call rotation and occasional after-hours support
Requirements
- A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP)
- Associate or bachelor's degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge Windows Desktop or Laptop hardware, software, and networking
- Familiarity with Active Directory, GPO, TCP/IP, and Microsoft Server OS
- Proficient with Microsoft 365
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift/move IT equipment
- Desire for continued education and professional growth, * High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- IT support: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Drivers License (Required)
