Job description
- Provide technical support to over 150 users across various networks and campuses.
Requirements

Administer and maintain Microsoft Windows Servers, Active Directory, Group Policy, and endpoint devices.

Set up, configure, and manage multiple VMware servers, ensuring proper functionality and resolving issues.

Install, configure, and manage network devices to support organizational services.

Collaborate with external vendors to troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware challenges.

Lead projects involving server upgrades and migrations, ensuring timely and effective execution. Requirements * Proficiency in Active Directory management and maintenance.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 and related systems.

Experience in basic troubleshooting of hardware and software issues.

Familiarity with Microsoft Windows Server environments.

Ability to handle service desk tickets efficiently and provide timely resolutions.
