Job description
The Salesforce Technical Architect serves as the technical authority for the Salesforce platform, responsible for designing scalable solutions that align with business objectives. This role provides technical leadership and strategic direction for Salesforce initiatives, ensuring seamless integration across Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud platforms. The ideal candidate is a visionary and a meticulous problem solver who excels in creating robust, scalable systems built to last., * Architect and lead the implementation of Salesforce solutions, including Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud, with a focus on scalability, performance, and compliance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and oversee the implementation of enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions.
- Establish technical standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines.
- Translate complex business requirements into maintainable Apex code, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flow automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical roadmaps and deliver intelligent customer experiences.
- Manage technical debt and platform optimization initiatives.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development teams.
- Participate in discovery sessions and Proof-Of-Concept (POC) development.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve functional and performance-related issues.
- Support post-deployment activities, including knowledge transfer and process documentation.
Requirements
Education: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
Experience: A minimum of 10+ years of Salesforce development experience is required. Expertise with Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud is required. Experience with multi-currency environments is also required.
Technical Skills:
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or multiple domain architect certifications.
- Proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Visualforce.
- Deep understanding of enterprise integration patterns, platform authentication (SAML, SSO, OAuth), and API integrations.
- Strong knowledge of environment management, release management, code versioning, and deployment methodologies.
- Experience with an agile process using Jira and DevOps practices using Azure.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Agentforce, Salesforce AI capabilities, MuleSoft, or Informatica.
- Familiarity with NetZero Cloud.
- Experience with continuous integration/deployment tools such as Gearset.
- Knowledge of ZoomInfo, Lucid, or Confluence.
- Background in agile development methodologies and enterprise architecture frameworks.
Benefits & conditions
The compensation for this position is $104,000 to $182,000 annually. A comprehensive benefits package may be available to eligible employees.
