Job description
We are a high-volume direct-to-consumer mortgage marketing platform seeking a senior direct response strategist to design a scalable Creative Portfolio Optimization System.
This is a system architecture engagement - not copywriting or campaign execution.
We want to formalize how creative is:
- Allocated
- Tested
- Promoted
- Retired
- Scaled across clients
The output will become a core internal operating system.
Objective Design a disciplined, scalable framework that governs:
- Creative allocation methodology
- Control vs challenger structure
- Volume-based template count rules
- Statistical testing thresholds
- CPA vs response weighting logic
- Creative displacement & fatigue rules
- Multi-client scalability model

Requirements
- 10+ years in direct response marketing
- Experience running large-scale direct mail programs
- Background in credit card, insurance, fintech, or telecom acquisition preferred
- Built or governed control/challenger frameworks
- Experience with portfolio-level optimization and testing design
