Requirements

  • Printer Support: Server & local queue troubleshooting
  • Active Directory: Navigate OUs, reset passwords, unlock accounts
  • iOS Support: Device setup, account/network reset, backup & restore
  • Video Tools: Cisco WebEx, MS Teams, Cisco Presence
  • Networking: VPN, LTE, Wi-Fi, internal/external issues
