- Printer Support: Server & local queue troubleshooting
- Active Directory: Navigate OUs, reset passwords, unlock accounts
- iOS Support: Device setup, account/network reset, backup & restore
- Video Tools: Cisco WebEx, MS Teams, Cisco Presence
- Networking: VPN, LTE, Wi-Fi, internal/external issues
