Job description

This is an in-person role based at our shiny new South Knoxville HQ. You'll be the go-to hero for clients who need help with everything from frozen screens to "mysterious internet issues."

We would love to have someone with solid IT support experience, but we are also willing to train the right person-but you do need to be someone who loves figuring stuff out, is patient with people, and finds joy in getting things working again.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Answer support requests from clients by phone, email, and remote tools
  • Troubleshoot issues with computers, printers, apps, internet, and more
  • Keep track of support tickets like a pro and follow them through to the finish line
  • Write clear notes and document your work-future you (and the team) will thank you
  • Communicate tech fixes in a way anyone can understand (no jargon dumps)
  • Work closely with our awesome, supportive team-no egos, just good humans helping good humans

Requirements

  • Solid problem-solving skills and a logical mindset
  • Friendly, clear communicator (you like working with people)
  • Familiarity with Windows environments, Office 365, and basic networking
  • Self-motivated and dependable-you don't wait around for someone to tell you what to do
  • Willingness to learn, grow, and maybe even become the office "go-to" person someday

Bonus Points (Not Required)

  • Previous helpdesk or tech support experience
  • Experience with ticketing systems, remote tools, or IT certifications
  • A good story about the weirdest thing you've ever fixed (we've all got one)
