Job description
You will be responsible for maintaining the company's core system and associated third-party applications to ensure the efficient and secure processing of member transactions. What You'll Do To succeed in this position, you must be able to satisfactorily perform common occurrences of each of the following under direct supervision from your manager:
- Monitor and execute Symitar core system and third-party application processes and maintain associated files and databases.
- Provide local and remote technical support/troubleshooting on the Symitar core system and associated applications to employees and third-party vendors in person and by telephone, email and helpdesk.
- Maintain archives of Symitar core system and associated application reports, including document indexing, retrieval and research.
- Collaborate seamlessly with colleagues across departments and branches to deliver optimal and efficient service to our members. Uphold a standard of professionalism actively fostering positive relationships internally and externally.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the credit union's products and services, ensuring compliance with applicable Federal and State laws, Credit Union banking regulations, and OE Federal Credit Union's policies and procedures and current promotions.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/ GED required.
- Proficiency with Windows 7, 8 and 10 and Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook required.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills required.
