Job description
As an Implementation Analyst, you will plan, coordinate, and execute integration projects that deliver output solutions for our clients. You will partner closely with clients, Client Services, Technical teams, Production Floor, and Project Managers to understand requirements, configure solutions, and support testing. Your work helps ensure that solutions are deployed effectively to meet client needs and improve business processes.
What you'll do:
- Understand existing business process flows, client-specific requirements, data sources, processing systems, and output format requirements for assigned projects.
- Liaise with clients and internal Fiserv teams to understand client needs, provide guidance, and implement effective and efficient integration solutions.
- Serve as both Implementation Analyst and Project Manager for smaller, less complex projects, including coordinating tasks, timelines, and communications.
- Gain and maintain a strong understanding of target-state solutions, technical specifications, and related system dependencies.
- Collaborate closely with Development, Quality Assurance, Project Management, and Account Management teams to deliver high-quality client implementations.
- Own client setup and configuration activities, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to standards.
- Solicit, analyze, and document detailed client requirements; develop test approaches; plan and execute internal testing; and assist clients with user acceptance testing and deployment planning.
- Identify, track, and help resolve issues during all phases of the implementation lifecycle, escalating risks and recommending mitigation actions as needed., * This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience performing client IT implementations or integration project work, including documentation and issue resolution.
- 3+ years of experience performing in-depth analysis and testing on system configurations for technology or output solutions.
- 3+ years of experience delivering on client projects using Waterfall methodology across all phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
- 3+ years of experience developing business process flows and contributing to technical specification documentation.
- Demonstrated ability to work directly with external clients and cross-functional internal teams to gather requirements and deliver technology-based solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.
Experience that would be great to have:
- Experience managing small to medium initiatives or workstreams, including coordinating activities, tracking progress, and communicating status.
- Experience with Agile project management methodologies in addition to Waterfall.
- Experience with output solutions, print/statement processing, or similar production environments., You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role.
