Technical Program Manager III (Contractor)

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager III to lead program-level coordination across multiple in-flight initiatives supporting wireless and WiFi customer experience efforts. This role focuses on ownership, organization, and execution across several concurrent workstreams rather than net-new project creation. The ideal candidate brings strong wireless (cellular) domain experience , exceptional follow-through, and the ability to proactively manage details across technical and business stakeholders in an onsite, fast-moving environment. Key Responsibilities Program manage multiple sub-projects under a broader wireless and WiFi initiative Own program execution across several active efforts, tracking progress, risks, dependencies, and gaps Create, manage, and maintain Jira tickets and Epics to ensure visibility and accountability Coordinate across technical teams, business partners, and leadership to keep initiatives aligned Provide clear documentation and updates using Jira and Confluence as appropriate Prepare and deliver status updates and occasional presentations for leadership Ensure initiatives support customer experience goals informed by lab testing and retail user feedback

5-7+ years of experience in technical program or project management Hands-on wireless (cellular) and WiFi experience (required) Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams simultaneously Strong, hands-on experience using Jira for ticket, Epic, and progress tracking Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills Ability to work independently, take ownership, and proactively drive outcomes Comfortable working in an onsite-heavy hybrid environment in Philadelphia Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting customer-facing technology initiatives Familiarity with Confluence for documentation Background partnering with engineering, product, and testing teams Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent) Work Environment Enterprise-scale IT programs with multiple dependencies Onsite-focused hybrid schedule Emphasis on accountability, clarity, and execution excellence
