Job description
Position summary: (General Purpose): Create and update the Bill of Material for all finished goods & service parts in company system, control & distribute drawings internally and to suppliers, create purchase requisitions, maintain department budget and PO tracking, complete BOM audits, and support trial activity., * Maintain and track department budgets. (Pro-Card verifications, PRs, POs, and invoices.)
- Enter and maintain part numbers and structure into company documents and software systems (Including but not limited to QAD, Ujigami, GBOM.)
- Create and maintain Internal Engineering Parts Component List (BOM) in QAD and Ujigami
- Generate and supply Variation Charts to production and quality team as requested.
- Support Project Lead in new model start-ups. (Examples: Trial activity, completing documents, maintaining schedule, etc.)
- Distribution of drawings to suppliers.
- Drawing breakdown and application.
- Audit documents and system reports.
- Confirm, maintain, and transfer new model inventory.
- Participate in recycling standards within Plant and Warehouse
- Support SQCD audit schedule.
- Break down customer trial matrixes.
- Support shipping evaluations, project team meetings, and New Model Review (NMR) activity.
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Design Change and CIF documentation completion and distribution (Back-up).
- NMR documentation and distribution (Back-up).
- Preparation and maintenance of Master Schedules (Back-up).Essential Skills and Experience:

Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Sufficient skills in Microsoft Office (Proficient in Excel).
- Analytical troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to interact and communicate with all levels of associates and management.

We have an immediate opening for a New Model Administrator position. This is an salary position with starting wage of $55K - $65K/yr. This is a 1st shift position Monday-Friday 7:30am-4pm.
