Job description

Adecco Creative and Marketing partnered with a Korean based automotive enterprise to hire a Project Manager - Lead Management Operations., Seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to support lead management operations, concierge workflows, and cross-functional campaign execution. This role will focus on ensuring seamless lead flow, maintaining partner relationships, and coordinating initiatives across internal teams and external agencies. This is not a sales role; success will be driven by organization, follow-through, and operational excellence., * Manage end-to-end lead flow processes, ensuring accurate routing and delivery from digital platforms to partners.

  • Partner closely with leads agency to confirm receipt of RDRs and maintain consistent communication on lead handling.
  • Monitor data portals and website performance in collaboration with IT teams, ensuring timely updates and issue resolution.
  • Track and validate lead flow accuracy from website to CRM systems, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with CRM teams to support campaign execution, including source code tracking and performance alignment.
  • Act as primary liaison between internal teams (field, sales, CRM, IT) and external partners.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new product models and communicate updates across internal and field teams.
  • Lead project management activities for marketing and operational initiatives, ensuring deadlines, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Support concierge-style workflows to enhance partner and customer experience across lead management processes.

Requirements

  • Professional experience post-college in project management, marketing operations, or related field.
  • Experience in automotive industry (OEM, agency, or retailer programs) preferred.
  • Exposure to luxury brands or premium customer experience environments is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills with ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage external partner relationships.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy, process improvement, and execution.
  • Experience working with CRM systems, lead management platforms, and digital campaign coordination.

This is a W2 position.
