Job description
Slalom is seeking an experienced Program Manager to support a large-scale ERP+ transformation, with responsibility for coordinating technology changes across non-ERP (edge) applications. This role ensures that legacy platforms, custom applications, and cloud services evolve in sync with the ERP program while minimizing disruption to business operations.
This position operates above individual projects, providing strategic oversight, dependency management, and executive-level governance, while partnering closely with Project Managers responsible for day-to-day delivery., * Orchestrate technology changes across multiple interdependent edge applications impacted by ERP rollout
- Manage cross-project dependencies, risks, and release coordination
- Partner with architecture and integration teams to ensure compliant, scalable integrations (APIs, middleware, event-driven workflows)
- Provide executive-ready reporting on system readiness, risks, and value realization
- Lead global and regional rollout planning, including deployments and system retirements
- Serve as the single point of accountability for non-ERP technology changes tied to ERP go-live
- Champion modernization, automation, and application rationalization efforts
Requirements
- 10-15+ years leading ERP or large-scale digital transformation programs in complex enterprises
- Proven experience managing multi-project technology portfolios with executive visibility
- Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns and architectures
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Experience working across Business, IT, and external partners
- Agile delivery experience preferred; Waterfall experience also relevant

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base salary pay range is $100/hr to $125/hr. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
