Microsoft Biz Apps Developer

Join a dynamic new business unit supporting cutting-edge Microsoft platform solutions. As a Microsoft Biz Apps Developer, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of tailored business applications leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. Collaborate directly with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that meet complex enterprise needs. This role offers the opportunity to work on impactful projects across multiple locations, with travel up to 25% required. Be a key driver in transforming business processes through innovative Dynamics 365 architecture and integrations, ensuring seamless delivery from discovery through deployment.

• 7+ years of expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 architecture and development

• Proven experience leading full lifecycle implementations, including discovery, design, build, test, and deployment

• Strong proficiency in Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI), C#, SQL, .NET, CRM SDK, and plugins

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language

• Experience working with enterprise-level CRM solutions and integrating custom data migrations and third-party systems

• U.S. citizenship required; Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
