SAP HCM Functional Lead Consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Functional Consultant with strong Federal Government project experience. The consultant will support SAP HCM implementations, enhancements, and production support activities within a federal environment., 14+ years of SAP HCM Functional experience Strong experience in Personnel Administration(PA), Organizational Management(OM), Time Management Payroll and Benefits Administration Experience working on Federal Government projects is mandatory Knowledge of federal compliance and security standards Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into SAP solutions Strong client-facing communication skills Experience with SAP ECC or S/4HANA HCM landscape Active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain clearance Experience with SAP SuccessFactors integration is a plus Prior experience in large-scale government implementations Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams Analyze business requirements and provide SAP HCM solutions Configure and support SAP HCM modules Participate in testing, deployment, and support activities Prepare functional specifications and documentation
