Job description
This is a long-term helpdesk role. You must live in Wisconsin and be able to meet the team in Madison, WI on site., Our client is currently looking for a helpdesk technician to provide technical support for various locations throughout the state. The environment includes Windows 10/11 on the desktop, O365, and various internal applications. Support calls will range from basic password resets to internet connectivity issues and troubleshooting email (send/receive).
Requirements
They use Ivanti for ticketing and remote access and also support hardware-related projects when not answering calls. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of helpdesk experience supporting hardware/software, Windows 10, and O365, and have worked in a call center or helpdesk environment. Knowledge of an ACD system is preferred.
This is a call-center environment, so staff are measured on standard helpdesk metrics such as call times, availability, wrap-up time, etc. Customer service is a major focus, so candidates with strong people skills and solid technical knowledge will be a great fit.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
