Sr Service Virtualization Engineer (DevTest)

The role involves building, configuring, and supporting service virtualization in Broadcom DevTest, working directly with stakeholders to meet project requirements. The candidate will troubleshoot issues, optimize virtual services, and contribute to best practices to enhance team adoption., * Build and configure virtual services in Broadcom DevTest based on incoming requests and defined requirements

• Analyze service dependencies and translate requirements into functional virtual service models
• Perform basic validation and ensure services meet performance and reliability expectations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine service virtualization use cases and improve implementations
• Provide end-user guidance on when and how to leverage service virtualization effectively
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within DevTest environments
• Engage with Broadcom vendor support to address complex technical issues or product limitations
• Enhance and optimize virtual services through custom scripting and automation
• Contribute to best practices, documentation, and scaling adoption across teams

Do you have experience in Windows Server administration?, * Broadcom DevTest (v10.9.x or similar) Hands-on experience building and maintaining virtual services

• Strong understanding of service virtualization concepts
• Windows Server (2019 / 2022)
• Experience managing, configuring, and troubleshooting environments
• Custom Scripting (Java, JavaScript)
• Ability to extend DevTest functionality and automate service behavior
• Excellent communication skills to gather and clarify technical and business requirements
• Stakeholder engagement skills to set expectations and align teams
• Problem-solving and adaptability to diagnose issues quickly and work across teams, including vendors

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with containerized environments and deployment pipelines (OpenShift)
