Requirements
- Active HRSD certification - must have; strong expertise in ServiceNow HRSD architecture and capabilities.\n
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification - must have, nice to have - Active CIS-HR implementation certification.\n
- 5+ years of experience in HR technology, enterprise architecture, or HR systems integrations.\n

- Experience integrating SAP SuccessFactors or other HRIS platforms with enterprise systems.\n
- Knowledge of APIs, middleware, integration platforms, and authentication standards.\n
- Experience with workflow automation and service management processes.\n
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.\n
- Understanding of HR processes including employee lifecycle, case management, onboarding/offboarding, and HR operations.\n
- Understanding of the application delivery lifecycle, including development in lower environments, testing, deployment controls, and change governance.\n
- Experience working in global environments with governance and compliance considerations preferred.\n
- Fluency in English is a must.\n

In this role, you will help shape the future of HR service delivery. You will drive the architecture, design, and evolution of HR technology solutions, with a strong focus on ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and enterprise integrations. Working across systems, workflows, automation, and AI capabilities, you will help create scalable, secure, and seamless experiences that make HR services more connected, intuitive, and impactful.\n \n This role is \nbased in Portugal with remote working arrangements.\n \n \nWHAT YOU'LL DO\n \n \n
- Define and maintain HR technology architecture standards and integration principles.\n
- Design end-to-end solutions across ServiceNow HRSD, HRIS, identity/access management, collaboration tools, and enterprise platforms.\n
- Lead integrations between HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, payroll, ITSM, document management, and communication platforms.\n
- Drive automation, self-service, workflow simplification, and employee experience improvements.\n
- Partner with HR, IT, Security, and external vendors on solution delivery and roadmap planning.\n
- Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, audit, and governance standards.\n
- Support AI-enabled HR operations, case management optimization, and service analytics.\n
