We are seeking a dynamic and proactive IT & ODOO ERP Support Technician to join our technology team. In this role, you will be the frontline expert providing essential support for our enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, specifically ODOO, along with a broad range of IT infrastructure and hardware. Your energetic approach will ensure seamless computer management, software troubleshooting, and network support across our organization. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the stability and efficiency of our IT environment while delivering exceptional customer service to internal users., * Provide technical support for ODOO ERP applications, resolving issues related to system functionality and user access.
- Assist with computer management tasks, including hardware setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Support the organization's IT infrastructure by managing network configurations, LAN/WAN connectivity, VPN access, firewalls, and switches.
- Troubleshoot software problems across operating systems such as Windows and macOS, ensuring minimal downtime for users.
- Maintain help desk tickets using tools like ServiceNow or Jira, documenting issues thoroughly and following up on resolutions.
- Support desktop support activities by installing updates, configuring user accounts, and managing computer hardware components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal performance of IT systems and infrastructure components.
Requirements
- Proven experience in providing IT support within a fast-paced environment, with a focus on software troubleshooting and hardware management.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems including Windows, macOS, and Linux platforms.
- Hands-on experience with computer networking concepts such as LAN/WAN setup, VPN configuration, firewalls, and network security protocols.
- Familiarity with ERP systems-particularly ODOO-and experience supporting enterprise applications is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in using help desk tools like BMC Remedy or ServiceNow for incident tracking and resolution management.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively assist end-users and convey technical information clearly.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining a positive customer service attitude.
