Requirements
- Two years IT troubleshooting experience
- A hunger to constantly learn and improve
- A commitment to exceptional customer service
- Frequent travel between in-state clients; occasional out of state work
PREFERENCES
- Field experience with WiFi/cabling deployments
- Basic network management experience
- Printer installation and troubleshooting experience
- Computer imaging experience including WDS
- Ability to consistently terminate ethernet cable properly
- Ability to cross connect wires on a 66 block
- Active Directory Management Proficiency
- Ability to setup and manage AD, GPOs, DNS, DHCP, etc
- Experience deploying and managing firewalls, content filters, switches, and wireless access points
- Basic PBX management experience
- Technology-related Bachelor's degree or equivalent certifications
