Job description

The Chief Information Officer (CIO) & Culture Officer will oversee the adoption and integration of technology across Quentasia, ensuring that we are nimble, secure, and transparent in all operations. This role goes beyond IT - the CIO is a cultural leader, empowering staff with tools that allow them to focus on high-value creative and strategic work., · - Technology Strategy & Adoption - Identify and implement enterprise tools across finance, production, HR, and collaboration to improve agility and transparency.

· - Financial Systems & Transparency - Build reporting systems that give investors, partners, and leadership real-time visibility into financials and operations.

· - Cybersecurity & Risk Management - Ensure robust data protection protocols that safeguard sensitive financial, partner, and talent information.

· - Workforce Empowerment - Deploy and train staff on technologies that reduce manual work and free them for creative, high-value activities.

· - Innovation Leadership - Keep Quentasia at the forefront of tech adoption, including AI, cloud solutions, and digital collaboration platforms.

· - Culture Stewardship - Model a culture of openness, innovation, and trust, ensuring that technology reflects and strengthens Quentasia's values.

· Stakeholder Collaboration - Partnering with key business process owners and external stakeholders to maintain core systems and rollout implementations globally.

Requirements

· - Senior IT or technology leader with experience in entertainment, finance, consulting, or SaaS.

· - Track record in enterprise systems, financial transparency, and digital transformation.

· - Deep understanding of cybersecurity, compliance, and risk management.

· - Strong communicator who can translate between technical, financial, and creative stakeholders.

· - Belief that technology is about empowering people and building culture, not just infrastructure.

· - Entrepreneurial mindset; excited to help shape the DNA of a studio from the ground up.
