Job description
We are seeking a Senior Power Platform Developer with deep expertise in Power Platform and SharePoint Online along with strong project management experience. This role is responsible for designing, delivering, and supporting collaboration and automation solutions while leading projects from planning through implementation.
You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure Microsoft 365 solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational standards. This role will be based in the Richmond Indiana at our Division Office.
What you will do

Serve as the SeniorTechnical Lead for Teams, SharePoint Online, Copilot and Power Platform solutions

Design, build, and support:

SharePoint Online sites and information architecture

Power Apps (canvas and model-driven)

Power Automate workflows

Microsoft Teams

Develop custom Copilot Agents
Lead and manage Microsoft 365-related projects, including:
- Requirements gathering
- Timeline and milestone planning
- Risk and issue management
- Stakeholder communication
Translate business needs into secure, scalable M365 solutions
Establish and enforce governance, standards, and best practices
Manage permissions, data access, and compliance requirements
Coordinate work across IT teams, vendors, and business units
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and perform root cause analysis
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior staff
Create and maintain clear technical and project documentation
Support platform enhancements, feature rollouts, and user adoption efforts
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in related field
- 5+ years of experience supporting Microsoft 365in an enterprise environment
- 5+ years of hands-on experience, in administration & development:
- SharePoint Online
- Power Platform (Power Apps & Power Automate)
- Teams
- Experience developing and delivering Copilot Applications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience leading or managing IT projects
- Solid understanding of:
- Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
- M365 security and permissions
- Data sources such as Dataverse
- Experience delivering solutions using structured project methodologies
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate technical concepts in plain language
Benefits & conditions
Applicants can expect a base compensation range of $101,400- $140,300 annually, plus benefits and additional incentives based on the level of the role. This is the reasonable estimate that Belden believes it might pay for this job based on applicable circumstances at the time of posting. Belden may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law, and commensurate with the applicant's experience, qualifications, and geographical location.
