Job description
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and peripherals
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues via phone, chat, or in person
- Install, deploy, and maintain company systems and applications
- Track and resolve incidents using internal ticketing systems while meeting SLAs
- Perform software updates, including Microsoft security patches and antivirus signatures
- Document processes and create knowledge base articles
- Act as a liaison with third-party vendors and technicians
- Order parts for hardware maintenance and repairs
- Participate in special projects and continuous improvement initiatives, As a Desktop Support Analyst I, you will play a critical role in maintaining smooth IT operations and enabling users to perform effectively. You will collaborate with a dedicated team, expand your technical skills, and contribute to continuous service improvement.
Requirements
Are you energized by solving technical puzzles and helping people stay connected and productive?, * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field OR
- 4 years of equivalent work experience
- A+ Certification required, * Intermediate troubleshooting skills for hardware and software
- Familiarity with Microsoft O365 Suite and SharePoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a strong customer service focus
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, * Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass a background check prior to hire
