The ideal candidate understands Navy shipboard installation requirements, waterfront coordination, deployment logistics, and ISEA support activities, and can translate technical system knowledge into executable fleet processes, SOPs, and deployment guidance. Leading development of the operational processes, installation planning, deployment documentation, sustainment workflows, and fleet-facing support structure necessary to scale deployments and ensure long-term operational success.
- Working closely with engineering SMEs, program management, waterfront activities, ship's force, and government stakeholders to establish repeatable deployment and sustainment practices for the system across the Fleet
- Building processes where none currently exist
- Working across government and contractor teams
- Owning deployment execution details
- Driving documentation maturity
- Identifying sustainment gaps before they impact Fleet operations

- Understanding of shipboard networking, IT systems, or tactical systems integration
- Experience coordinating across engineering, logistics, and operational stakeholders
- Strong organizational and process-development skills
- Ability to operate independently in an emerging operational environment with evolving processes
Desired Skills
- Prior experience supporting ISEA activities for Navy systems
- Experience with alteration installs such as CSRRs, Ship checks, configuration management, waterfront operations, and Integrated logistics support (ILS)
- Familiarity with NAVSEA installation standards, fleet introduction processes, technical manuals and logistics documentation, and RMF/cyber operational sustainment considerations
