Java Developer - Identity & Access Management

As a Java Developer - Identity & Access Management, you will: Day to Day Responsibilities

• Design and develop secure, scalable applications using Java, Python, and PowerShell.
• Integrate Bravura Security IDM suite and Bravura Password Manager into enterprise workflows.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and SQL-based integrations.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity and identity management teams to strengthen access controls.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation for identity management applications.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues across IAM platforms.
• Document processes, configurations, and standards for audit and compliance.
• Mentor peers and contribute to best practices in DevSecOps and platform engineering.

• Java development background with experience in Maven/Gradle builds.
• Experience with Python or PowerShell scripting for automation.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and SQL.
• Familiarity with LDAP and identity management concepts.
• Exposure to DevOps practices in large-scale regulated industries.
• Understanding of governance controls, audits, and compliance requirements.
