Job description

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented graduates who are passionate about technology and eager to start their career in IT Support/System Administration. The selected candidates will primarily be setting up new and replacement laptops but also will provide day-to-day technical support, assist in managing IT systems, and ensure smooth functioning of hardware, software, and network infrastructure., * Set up laptops in an organized and efficient manner as well as manage shipping for new hires and laptop replacements.

  • Provide first-level technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems, applications, and IT equipment.
  • Assist in user account setup, password resets, and access management.
  • Monitor system performance and escalate issues to senior team members where necessary.
  • Track and document IT support requests in the ticketing system.
  • Assist in routine maintenance activities such as backups, updates, and patching.
  • Ensure adherence to IT policies, data security, and compliance standards.

Requirements

  • 0-1 year of experience with Diploma / bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows/Mac).
  • Understanding of networking fundamentals (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN).
  • Familiarity with MS Office tools and productivity software.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team., * Knowledge of system administration tools or IT helpdesk software.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
  • Any certification such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, ITIL Foundation, CCNA (beginner level) will be an added advantage.

  • On-call support for urgent business-critical issues during weekends or off-hours as needed.
  • Willingness to travel to office on short notice for urgent hardware or user support needs
