Job description

Our exceptional team delivers the "CFC Difference" that encompasses our values of service, integrity and excellence in all our interactions., The HR Data and Systems Analyst manages, analyzes and reports on HR data to support strategic HR planning and decision-making. This position is also responsible for the ongoing development, maintenance and support of the HRM system, ELM (Learning Management) and other HR solutions including development of human resources related metric tools and HCM system interfaces.

Primary Responsibilities

  • · Performs employee data management and analysis processes to ensure that data is secure and maintained consistent with company policies and privacy regulations.· Analyzes operational data and presents the findings on the implementation and effectiveness of HR programs delivery and methodologies to the senior management.· Identifies areas for improvements to workforce productivity and modifications to HR programs as well as provides planning and forecasting tools for better planning and effectiveness.· Processes and maintains employee information and employee records in the HRMS and adhering to records retention and compliance standards.· Ensures the accuracy of HR information entered into the system/s and tests new features of the system as they are implemented to verify accuracy of HR procedures and data.· Defines system requirements and collaborates with internal stakeholders and external vendors to evaluate and troubleshoot issues.

Educational qualifications preferred

Category: Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience.Field specialization: Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
