Requirements
- Advanced C++ and Python skills with programming language specifics.
- Experienced with design patterns and translating requirements/architecture into well-structured code.
- Able to identify pros/cons of various lifecycle models and how to apply them to projects or sub-projects effectively.
- Can accurately estimate tasks for sprint-level duration, including testing, integration etc.
- Working level of understanding of basic spacecraft operational principles as well as AI/ML concepts.
- Extensive demonstrated support of BD and IRAD initiatives., * B.S. in Aerospace Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field or equivalent professional work experience required.
- 5-8 years of experience with spacecraft software systems, system architecture and/or mission control systems.
- Manages components of projects independently, balancing technical work with light mentoring of newcomers.

- Ability to work in the Westminster, CO office 5 days/week during core business hours.
- Applicants must be a US Citizen
- Top Secret Security Clearance required

- Base Salary Range - $110,000 - $130,000 based on role, employee experience, and location
