Job description

Moorings Park is seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Chief Information Officer (CIO) to lead the organization's technology, data, and digital initiatives. The CIO is responsible for aligning IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems with Moorings Park's strategic goals while advancing data strategy, analytics, and innovation. This role partners closely with executive leadership to enhance operations, improve the resident experience, and drive technology-enabled decision-making across the organization.

Contributions:

  • Lead enterprise IT operations, infrastructure, and service delivery
  • Develop and execute technology and data strategy aligned with organizational priorities
  • Advance data analytics, reporting, and innovation (including emerging technologies)
  • Oversee cybersecurity, risk management, and regulatory compliance (HIPAA Security Officer)
  • Manage IT budgets, vendors, and strategic partnerships
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and Board committees

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience
  • Experience with enterprise systems, infrastructure, and digital transformation
  • Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills
  • Healthcare or senior living experience preferred
